Yes, you can manually fill up your spare tire with a bicycle pump

I had on my storage to-do-list to fill up both the spare tire and the regular tires. I happened to have a bicycle pump with a Schrader valve in the garage, and since the spare tire only is to be filled to ~40 Bar/60 PSI, much like a regular bicycle, I gave it a go. It took some time and I was fairly out of breath once done, but finally I reached correct pressure. Even if the regular tires actually have a lower recommended pressure than the spare (~30 for back wheels and ~25 for front), I didn’t want to even try to fill them up, since their volume is so much bigger. I will bring the compressor from my regular car next time.
